Co-Ed Employee Housing Rules

Welcome to your home at 64 Winnacunnet Road. To ensure a comfortable and respectful living environment for everyone, please review and adhere to the following house rules:

  1. Room Assignments:
Rooms are assigned by gender. Each room contains two twin-sized beds—some arranged as bunks, others separated. We provide pillows, linens, and comforters for your convenience. Each room is equipped with a small closet and minimal furniture, keeping in mind the seasonal and transient nature of our employees.

  2. Bathrooms:
The house has two bathrooms: one on the bedroom floor and another on the main floor/common area, which also houses the kitchen, living room, and laundry facilities. Please keep bathrooms clean and leave the doors open when not in use to maintain proper ventilation.

  3. Trash and Recycling:
It is important to take out the trash on Wednesday night, as it is picked up early Thursday morning. Afterward, please return the trash receptacles to their designated spot behind the house, next to the back entrance in the driveway.

  4. Kitchen Use:
We provide dishes and most of the kitchen equipment you’ll need. After using the kitchen, please clean all equipment, silverware, and plates, and return them to their proper place. Properly store all food items and remove anything past its expiration date to prevent mold, rodents, and unpleasant odors.

  5. Laundry Facilities:
A washer and dryer are available for your use. Laundry is free of charge, but please be considerate of other tenants. Use your own laundry detergent and remember to remove lint from the dryer after each use.

  6. Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours begin after 10 PM. As members of the community, we ask that you keep inside voices during this time to respect our neighbors and fellow residents. If you have guests visiting, please inform Joe Linnehan in advance.

  7. Rent:
Rent details will be discussed with your hiring manager.

  8. Wi-Fi and Entertainment:
Wi-Fi is available (Network: TPHG), and the password will be provided upon move-in. There is no cable or TVs in the rooms, so we recommend bringing your own TV and using a streaming platform.

  9. Parking:
On-site parking is available for residents.

  10. Security and Safety:

    • You will be provided with a key. Please keep doors locked at all times for safety.

    • There are security cameras on the outside of both entrances for your protection.

    • In case of emergencies, dial 911.

    • No smoking is allowed on the property.

    • The use of drugs is strictly prohibited.

    • Please keep in mind that there are minors living on the property who are under the legal drinking age. We ask that you store alcohol in your room and keep it securely stored away.
